Featured in Lonely Planet and Forbes, we welcome over 10,000 participants yearly, providing unique cultural exchange programs in picturesque hotels.
Our programs offer an unforgettable experience for those interested in exploring Poland while engaging in activities, workshops, and exercises that help local junior learners improve their English skills.
We are looking for ESL Mentors interested in gaining practical TEFL experience and enthusiastic International Participants to join Angloville as Conversation Partners and Mentors in our volunteer-based language immersion programs. This is a unique opportunity to support English learners, help them improve their communication skills, and immerse yourself in the beauty and culture of Poland.
The ESL Mentor and International Participant will play a key role in supporting language learners and fostering cultural exchange in an engaging, interactive environment:
- Facilitating Conversational English: Engage with local learners in a relaxed, informal setting to help improve their confidence and fluency.
- Leading Interactive Activities: Conduct structured language exercises, role-playing scenarios, and creative challenges to enhance learning.
- Mentoring & Confidence-Building: Provide guidance, encouragement, and positive reinforcement to help participants develop their English skills.
- Participating in Engaging Workshops: Take part in games, discussions, and hands-on learning sessions to create a dynamic and immersive experience.
ESL Mentor Benefits & Stipend:
- Minimum Commitment: ESL Mentors must commit to at least 3 weeks.
- Free Accommodation: Stay in scenic countryside venues during the programs, with lodging provided between programs.
- Stipend (€127 per week): Receive a weekly allowance at the completion of your placement.
- Travel Reimbursement: Get a lump sum to cover transport expenses between cities in Poland.
- Free City Tours: Explore Polish cities before your program begins.
- TEFL Certification: Earn a 120-hour accredited TEFL certificate (€300 value) + an additional 30-hour certification at no cost.
- Future Opportunities: Gain hands-on experience and qualify to teach summer program students online after completing your placement.
