We are looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join one of our well-established divisions including Rail, Civil Engineering, Water/Utilities and Government & IT, with the opportunity for hybrid working. Responsibilties of Recruitment Cosnultant: • 360 recruitment role responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process. • Being part of a team as we grow and impact the culture of the company. • Earning Industry Leading Salaries and Commissions through hitting personal targets. • Building and Developing relationships with New and Existing Clients in your designated industry. • Creating Talent Pools and Shortlists of Candidates to introduce to your generated vacancies. • Managing and Influencing your Pipeline through interview and client management techniques. Requirements for Recruitment Consultant: • Motivated and Ambitious characters who are driven by learning, earning & progressing quickly. • Excellent people skills and ability to build long lasting relationships. • Personally motivated by targets and the need to WIN & SUCCEED at every given opportunity. • Recruitment experience in Technical/Engineering Markets (min 1 year)
