Anglo Skills College Ltd is seeking a creative, motivated, and results-driven Digital Media Marketing Specialist to join our growing team. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of digital marketing strategies including SEO, PPC, and Social Media Marketing (SMM). In this role, you will be responsible for planning, implementing, and optimizing digital campaigns to strengthen the college’s online presence, increase engagement, and drive website traffic.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to promote the college’s brand, courses, and services across multiple online channels including social media, email, and websites.
- Plan, manage, and optimize SEO campaigns to improve organic search rankings and increase targeted traffic.
- Oversee PPC campaigns, including Google Ads and paid social media advertising, to maximise return on investment.
- Create and manage engaging content for social media platforms, websites, blogs, and email campaigns.
- Monitor and analyse campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics and social media insights, tracking metrics such as traffic, engagement, and conversions.
- Plan and deliver email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, A/B testing, and performance analysis.
- Manage and allocate digital advertising budgets effectively to ensure cost-efficient marketing activities.
- Stay up to date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices, identifying opportunities for improvement and innovation.
- Work closely with design and content teams to produce high-quality marketing materials including graphics, blog posts, and video content.
- Maintain consistent brand messaging across all digital platforms in line with the organisation’s objectives.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of SEO, PPC, and Social Media Marketing.
- Experience with Google Analytics and paid advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
- Ability to create engaging digital content for websites, blogs, and social media.
- Experience with email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp or Constant Contact.
- Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and optimise campaigns.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Up-to-date knowledge of digital marketing trends and best practices.
Qualifications
- Level 3 qualification in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent).
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in digital marketing or a similar role.
Working Hours
35.5 – 37.5 hours per week (Monday to Friday)
