What You’ll Do
As a Business Tutor, you’ll:
- Design and deliver engaging, industry-aligned lessons in areas like marketing, finance, HR, operations & entrepreneurship
- Tailor teaching approaches to meet diverse learning needs
- Work closely with senior leadership to develop curriculum that reflects current trends
- Represent the college at Open Days and outreach events
- Foster a classroom culture where all students feel supported and included
- Assess student progress and provide clear, constructive feedback
- Collaborate with academic and admin teams to ensure a seamless student experience
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor\\\’s degree in Business (Master’s preferred)
- Teaching experience (ideally with PGCE or equivalent)
- Strong understanding of core business principles
- Confident communicator with a passion for education
- Proficiency in digital learning platforms
- Commitment to student safeguarding and well-being
- Enhanced DBS check (or willing to obtain)
