AREMCA, a geological exploration company with a proven track record in Kazakhstan, is expanding into Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, and Uzbekistan
. We are looking for
Project Directors
to lead this next phase of growth.

The Role

You will lead and manage regional projects, building on the work AREMCA has successfully delivered in Kazakhstan over the past 3 years. This is a hands-on role requiring strong leadership, local expertise, and the ability to work seamlessly across sectors.

Key Responsibilities

● Lead and manage project teams across Central Asian jurisdictions

● Adapt and implement AREMCA\’s Kazakhstan project model regionally

● Engage with government bodies, private companies, academic institutions, and social organisations

● Represent the company in high-level meetings and negotiations

● Oversee project planning, delivery, coordination, and reporting

● Support strategic development and long-term regional growth

Who We\’re Looking For

● A local professional with strong regional knowledge

● Proven leadership and project management experience (geology, mining, exploration, energy, or related sectors preferred)

● Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

● Enthusiastic, adaptable, and well-presented

● Comfortable handling a diverse and dynamic workload
