We are looking for a highly skilled, enthusiastic and motivated professional person to provide and take responsibility for the HR management of the school. The successful candidate will be responsible for all personnel matters in liaison with the Headteacher and the school Business Manager. They will need to be highly organised and able to work under pressure in a busy environment. Well‑developed administrative, communication and personnel skills are essential as is the ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive issues. Prior experience working with school HR matters is essential. They will also be required to act as PA and support the Senior Leadership Team.
