Weare seeking a well organisedand extremely efficient person to fulfil the post of Student Attendanceand Inclusion Manager.

The role focuses on supporting an inclusive school environment by addressing attendance, behaviour, andengagement barriers to help all students succeed.

This includes implementingand improving policies, fostering early intervention approaches, and workingwith families, external agencies, and alternative providers to maximiseparticipation and re-engagement.

The role also involves supporting seniorleaders designing, implementing and monitoring personalised plans, promoting aculture of inclusion and high expectations, supporting at-risk students, andproviding targeted interventions for social, emotional, and behavioural needs.

Additionally, it ensures safeguarding, smooth transitions, and oversight ofstudent outcomes, contributing to a whole-school culture of inclusion andimproved life chances for every student.
