Responsibilities

  • Perform system administration tasks (e.g., configurations, user access) to support both ongoing operations and project rollouts.
  • Analyse HR workflows, propose improvements, and assist in implementing changes tied to projects or vendor solutions.
  • Collaborate with external vendors and internal HR stakeholders during project phases (e.g., testing, data migration, customization) to ensure technical accuracy.
  • Create reports and dashboards to track project progress, process performance, and improvement metrics.
  • Train end-users on project deliverables (e.g., new tools, updated processes) and gather feedback for refinement.
  • Ensure data integrity and compliance during vendor-supported implementations.
  • Document processes, project plans, and vendor agreements to maintain clarity and accountability.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, IT, or related field.
  • 3 years+ relevant experience with a focus on digital solutions, especially in HR system implementation and preferably gained from sizable companies / MNC.
  • Strong knowledge of HR information systems, HR analytics skills and other HR digital tools.
  • Hands-on experience in handling HR data with Power BI and workflow automation with Power Automate is an advantage.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Be able to communicate and work efficiently with different levels of staff.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills; self-motivated and a team player.
  • Be able to work independently under pressure with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in computer applications and hands-on e.g. MS Office, MS Power Platform like Power BI, Power Automate, etc.
