What You will Do
To assist the Fleet Manager with collating and analyzing QHSE and Operational data.
Roles and Responsibilities
- To monitor and record Near Miss, Incident / Injury reports, BeSafe+ cards and any associated claims, Stevedore damages, and other Operational returns from all Fleets. Monitor voyage progress of all vessels.
- To monitor and record all audit/inspection reports, root cause analysis of non-conformities/deficiencies, all medical cases and any associated claims reported by vessels and environmental data reported by vessels. Monitor and record insurance certificates.
- To ensure all required Operational data is up-to-date and assist with trend analysis of various data for providing feedback to the vessels. To forward to all vessels SQ, other Company circulars, and cautionaries related to voyage.
- To ensure preparation of scheduled and unscheduled QHSE and Operational reports as per requirements of Clients.
- To assist in compliance with office HSE requirements: Briefing of new joiners to company, staff and office risk assessments, Office first aid and FFE equipment.
- To assist with organization of Ship-shore drills, testing of SSAS and maintenance of Emergency room equipment. Assist with enforcing D & A Policy.
- To ensure Ops and QHSE entries in company platforms; JiBe and FOS.
- To promote and comply with the Company’s Quality, Health and any other duties as may be reasonably required by the Management of the Company.

Education: A levels / Higher
Experience: Previously sailed on ship as a junior officer.
