Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree in HR, IT, or related field.
- Experience: 3 years+ relevant experience with a focus on digital solutions, especially in HR system implementation and preferably gained from sizable companies / MNC.
- Strong knowledge of HR information systems, HR analytics skills and other HR digital tools.
- Hands-on experience in handling HR data with Power BI and workflow automation with Power Automate is an advantage.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate and work efficiently with different levels of staff.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; self-motivated and a team player.
- Ability to work independently under pressure with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in computer applications and hands-on e.g. MS Office, MS Power Platform like Power BI, Power Automate, etc.
