Anglo-Eastern Group is seeking a Senior Marine Personnel Officer to coordinate all aspects of sea staff employment, joining and leaving Company vessels in line with QMS and client requirements.
You will act as the main point of contact for personnel matters, ensure vessels are staffed per Safe Manning and STCW standards, and oversee recruitment, policy briefings, and payroll processes.
A 4-year degree and 3+ years in cruise manning are preferred.
