We are constructing a state-of-the-art underground mine to enable the extraction of Polyhalite – a unique multi-nutrient fertiliser – along with the necessary infrastructure both above and below ground that will be required for transport, processing, and distribution. POLY4 is our flagship multi-nutrient fertiliser product. Made from polyhalite, it contains four of the six macro-nutrients and many micronutrients that are essential to plant growth. It allows farmers to maximize their crop yield, increase quality and improve soil structure with one simple product.

Job Description

Join us as a Data Transformation Administrator on a 12 month FTC where you will be responsible for the development and implementation of the strategy to deliver a fit for purpose records keeping platform, to transfer historic hard copy medical records to a modern digitized system that enables compliance with data guidelines and efficiencies in searching and reporting on medical data. Resulting in appropriate achieving of the hard copy files.

Your Duties will include:

  • Data & Documentation Management
    • Ensuring retention and storage of digital documentation meets legal and regulatory requirements.
    • Implement secure systems for managing sensitive health and wellness data.
    • Transfer back dated hard copy records to the digitized system.
  • Audit & Compliance
    • Develop and maintain a comprehensive digital audit strategy in relation to medical and health data.
    • Conduct regular audits of digital health programs to guarantee consistency and adherence to standards.
    • Ensure compliance with data protection regulations.
  • Service Delivery & Continuous Improvement
    • Monitor performance metrics and recommend improvements for digital platforms.
  • Health & Wellness Integration
    • Align Crop Nutrients health processes with Anglo American requirements through digital compliance systems.
  • Technology Implementation
    • Stay updated on emerging technologies and recommend adoption where beneficial.
    • To make a positive contribution to Anglo American Woodsmith Occupational Health Department.
    • Stakeholder engagement with external and internal partners.
    • Ability to use multiple systems for data management.

Qualifications

  • 5 years experience in similar role
  • Evidence of experience working within a role handling sensitive data
  • Experienced working in a small dynamic team
  • Working knowledge of MS Office suite
