What you'll do

  • Provide proactive executive support to senior leaders, managing complex diaries, travel, expenses and meeting logistics.
  • Coordinate investment committee meetings, including scheduling, stakeholder liaison, preparing agendas, distributing papers and managing documentation.
  • Organise urgent governance meetings by coordinating Executive Leadership Team (ELT) members across multiple time zones and jurisdictions.
  • Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders, Executive Assistants and wider business teams to ensure effective communication and coordination.
  • Support governance and administrative activities, including meeting minutes, purchase orders, budget monitoring and policy compliance.
  • Anticipate scheduling conflicts, manage changing priorities and ensure executives are fully supported in a fast-paced environment.

What you bring

  • At least 5 years' experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant or Team Assistant supporting senior leadership, ideally within a finance team or a large organisation.
  • Previous experience supporting board committees, governance processes or executive-level meetings.
  • Strong organisational, diary management and stakeholder management skills, with experience working across multiple time zones and jurisdictions.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, Word and Teams.
  • Experience with SAP Concur, Diligent or similar systems would be advantageous.
  • Proactive, adaptable and confident building relationships with senior stakeholders while managing multiple priorities.
