What You'll Do
- Manage full-cycle recruitment from briefing to offer and onboarding
- Source and engage candidates via job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and direct search
- Handle multiple requisitions at once while ensuring timely progress and clear communication throughout hiring
- Partner with hiring managers to define requirements and advise on hiring strategy and market insight
- Conduct screening interviews assessing skills, experience, and culture fit
- Ensure an excellent candidate experience through timely updates and feedback
- Keep recruitment systems and records accurate and up to date while supporting ongoing improvements in recruitment processes
What You Bring
- Experience as a Recruiter in-house, agency, or RPO
- Strong sourcing skills with experience in direct search for professional and specialist roles
- Confident stakeholder management and influencing ability
- Skilled in competency-based interviewing
- Highly organized with strong time management under pressure
- Clear, effective communicator with a candidate-focused mindset
- Experience in large or complex/global organizations is a plus
