We are constructing a state-of-the-art underground mine to enable the extraction of Polyhalite – a unique multi-nutrient fertiliser – along with the necessary infrastructure both above and below ground that will be required for transport, processing, and distribution.
POLY4 is our flagship multi-nutrient fertiliser product. Made from polyhalite, it contains four of the six macro-nutrients and many micronutrients that are essential to plant growth. It allows farmers to maximizetheir crop yield, increase quality and improve soil structure with one simple product.
Role
Join us as a Training & Competency Administrator where you will be responsible for administrative duties across the Competency Department. You will liaise with our Competency Assessment & Assurance Manager to maintain an efficient and effective administrative schedule.
- Please note: This is a 12-month fixed term contract.
 
Qualifications
- Fully proficient within a systems environment including MS Excel and web applications.
 - Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel.
 - Previous experience of using SAP is preferable.
 - Experience of working in an administrative support role preferably within a Training & Competency environment.
 
Technical Skills:
- Ability to work to deadlines
 - A high level of attention to detail
 - Good verbal and written communication skills
 - The ability to work on own initiative and collaboratively within a team in a fast paced environment
 - Respectful of confidentiality and understanding of data protection legislation
 - Understands the importance of data management and integrity
