Contract – 12 month fixed term contract.
The Finance Systems Team is part of Finance Operations and Projects within Group Finance and Performance Management. The team governs and optimises AA Finance global systems, ensuring they meet business expectations and support operational performance improvement.
The role focuses on Workiva Wdesk solutions across AA, with additional responsibilities for Vivantio in support of FinOps Systems processes. Initially under guidance of a Wdesk Specialist, the candidate will become increasingly self‑sufficient.
Key tasks:
- Execute day‑to‑day activities for Wdesk usage across AA.
- Coordinate and prioritise change requests, managing delivery by the support partner to agreed timelines and ensuring change management processes are followed.
- Identify improvement initiatives and support local workspace owners.
- Manage roll‑forward and release activities across workspaces for upcoming reporting cycles.
- Manage incidents to closure, coordinating stakeholders.
- Communicate planned or unplanned system outages and support functional upgrade releases.
- Ensure adherence to controls, compliance and audit processes, respond to audit queries and support SOC review processes.
- Provide subject‑matter expertise or leverage experts to support design and optimisation.
- Maintain and develop training material and documentation, including delivery of training.
- Optimise use of partner capability and capacity.
- Support renewals processes for vendor support and software agreements across FinOps scope.
- Support colleagues in using Vivantio, managing change and sharing best practice.
