Business Development Professional to help expand our bespoke manufacturing services and develop new long-term partnerships.
The Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated sales professional to identify and secure new business opportunities while building lasting relationships with customers across multiple sectors.
Working closely with our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing new accounts, promoting our bespoke manufacturing capabilities, and helping to drive the next phase of Anglitemp’s growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities for Anglitemp’s bespoke manufacturing services.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
- Generate and manage a pipeline of qualified sales opportunities.
- Understand customer requirements and work with internal teams to deliver tailored manufacturing solutions.
- Attend customer meetings, networking events, and industry exhibitions where appropriate.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial agreements, and successfully close new business.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities.
About You
We are looking for someone who has
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Previous experience in business development or technical sales.
- A background in manufacturing, insulation, construction products, or a related technical industry.
- A proactive, self-motivated approach with excellent organisational skills.
