Angling Direct is seeking a commercially focused Head of Retail Operations & Facilities to own systems, processes, assets and standards across our nationwide stores. You will partner with the COO and support centre teams to drive operational excellence and ensure safe, efficient and consistent execution.
The role covers labour planning, facilities management, compliance, sustainability and communications, with oversight of store layouts, budgets and performance.
