We are now seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to lead our Hubfoods kitchen operations. If you’re a hands-on leader with strong food production experience, a commitment to safety and quality, and a passion for developing people, this is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact.
As the Production Supervisor, you will ensure the efficient, safe and high-quality production of meals within the HubFoods kitchen. Working closely with the Food Services Manager, Technical Manager, Production Systems Manager and Section Leaders, you will oversee daily operations, coordinate workflows, manage staff, and maintain compliance with food safety and WHS standards.
- Maintain compliance with mandatory training, catering training plans and HACCP requirements.
- Supervisory experience in a high risk or fast paced environment.
- Experience working within a food manufacturing or large scale kitchen setting (desirable).
- Strong WHS knowledge and leadership experience.
- Proven ability to lead, motivate and coordinate teams.
- Ability to prioritise, problem solve and maintain high standards under pressure.
- Strong communication and relationship building skills.
