This is a full-time role based in Newmarch House, Kingswood.
What You’ll Do:- Manage the servery team and ensuring that all health and safety requirements are of the highest standards.
- Lead the preparation and serving of meals, ensuring timely delivery in line with Anglicare's high standards.
- Supervise and mentor kitchen staff, fostering teamwork and maintaining a smooth operation.
- Ensure that food is prepared in a safe, hygienic environment that meets all health regulations.
- Play a key role in improving food quality and work practices while maintaining a clean, orderly kitchen.
- Contribute to our culture of safety by upholding our Work Health and Safety (WHS) and HACCP standards.
- Embrace Anglicare’s values, acting with integrity, compassion, and excellence in everything you do.
- You have a Commercial Cookery Certificate or equivalent, and at least 4 years of experience in the food industry, including supervisory roles.
- You are passionate about food quality, hygiene, and safe work practices.
