Join Our Caring Team in Tamworth! Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of older people? Anglicare is seeking two Part time Home Care Workers to join our supportive team in Tamworth.
As a Home Lifestyle Worker, you’ll help clients remain independent in their own homes by providing compassionate, tailored care. Your responsibilities will include:
- Personal care (showering, grooming, toileting)
- Domestic assistance and meal preparation
- Medication prompting
- Transport for appointments and social outings
- Respite care and social support
What We’re Looking For:
- Certificate 3 or higher in Aged Care, Community Services or Equivalent
- Previous experience in aged/community care or relevant qualifications
- A genuine heart for the elderly and willingness to learn
- Friendly, professional communication skills
- NSW C Class driver’s licence and registered, insured vehicle
