About The Role

We are seeking outstanding customer service focused Casual Shop Assistants to join our team at our Rozelle Op Shop on Friday & Saturdays. Someone who is motivated, energetic and passionate about making a real impact in the Community.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Ensure shop finances are always secure, and a safe workplace is maintained
  • Provide excellent customer service and a holistic experience to customers
  • Provide leadership to Volunteers and be a role model to engender an environment where Anglicare’s mission and vision are embraced.
  • Ensure Volunteers are supported and foster strong teamwork
  • Complete and submit appropriate shop paperwork in an accurate and timely manner

About You

  • Previous experience in a retail environment and a valid Working with Children's Check (willing to obtain)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • The ability to relate to a diverse customer group with compassion and kindness
  • Excellent customer service and retail experience
  • Well-developed numeracy skills
