Make a difference while working in retail. We’re looking for a warm, reliable, and customer-focused Shop Assistant to join our community retail team. This role is more than retail – it’s about creating a welcoming space where every customer feels respected, supported, and valued, while helping our shop operate smoothly and sustainably.

As a Shop Assistant based in Cronulla, this role is casual part-time hours and you’ll support the day-to-day running of our shops, work closely with staff and volunteers, and help deliver a positive experience for everyone who walks through our doors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide friendly, respectful, and professional customer service to all customers and visitors.
  • Assist with stock handling, pricing, visual merchandising, and maintaining store presentation.
  • Support day-to-day shop operations including cash handling, cleanliness, and safe work practices.
  • Work collaboratively with staff and volunteers to create a positive team environment.
