Make a difference while working in retail. We’re looking for a warm, reliable, and customer‑focused Shop Assistant to join our community retail team. This role is more than retail — it’s about creating a welcoming space where every customer feels respected, supported, and valued, while helping our shop operate smoothly and sustainably. As a Shop Assistant based in Newtown, this role is casual part time hours and you’ll support the day‑to‑day running of our Op shops, work closely with staff and volunteers, and help deliver a positive experience for everyone who walks through our doors.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide friendly, respectful, and professional customer service to all customers and visitors.
