Exeter Network Church (ENC) is looking for a Youth and Student Leader to join their team. This role exists to lead and develop ENC’s work with Youth and Students. It involves working closely with teams of volunteers to see young people and students in Exeter come to faith in Jesus Christ, grow in discipleship and be envisioned to lead spirit-filled, missional lives in school, college, university and beyond.
It also involves working as part of a church staff team to collectively see “on earth as in heaven” in Exeter, and to inspire, encourage and equip the whole church to consider their part in seeing this vision a reality for youth and students in Exeter.
The role is full-time (40 hours per week) and the salary is graded from £25,000-£28,000 p/annum (depending on experience). Part-time candidates will be considered and the salary will be adjusted on a pro rata basis. Please specify your preferred working hours or pattern in your application.
