We have a permanent part time opportunity for a Registered Nurse to join our Anglican Care aged care service at Scenic Lodge Merewether.

Permanent Roster

  • Mon – 22.45pm - 6.30am
  • Tues – 22.45pm - 6.30am

Role & Responsibilities

  • Experience in palliative care, knowledge of AN-ACC and providing high quality care to ageing people
  • Demonstrated experience in leadership of employees
  • Excellent time management, an ability to work effectively as an individual and within a team
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Current Driver's Licence

About you?

  • Registered Nurse with current registration under the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
  • Proven ability to deliver person-centred care that respects the dignity and worth of the individual
  • Current Senior First Aid Certificate (ongoing requirement)
  • Able to work effectively as an individual and as part of a team
  • National Police Check (Newcastle Anglican will consider the relevance of any reported outcomes)
