You Will Have:
- AHPRA registration.
- Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role.
- Sound knowledge and experience working with people who are ageing from an enablement, restorative and wellbeing perspective.
- Understanding of multidisciplinary teamwork and the ability to multi-task.
- Proven ability to conduct comprehensive assessments and develop goal-oriented care plans.
- Computer and technology skills to enable use of contemporary systems.
- Skilled to engage and motivate consumers, families, staff and stakeholders.
