We're looking for a motivated and customer-focused
Sales and Service Advisor to join our growing team.
This is a varied role combining customer service, sales support and quotation management, helping customers find the right repair and maintenance solutions while maximising commercial opportunities.
As the first point of contact for inbound enquiries, you'll provide an outstanding customer experience, prepare quotations, identify customer needs, and confidently upsell and cross-sell relevant services to drive revenue and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer enquiries via phone, email and online channels.
- Prepare accurate quotations for repair, maintenance and service work.
- Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services.
- Follow up quotations to convert enquiries into booked work.
- Build strong customer relationships through excellent service and communication.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
- Maintain accurate customer records and job information.
- Support business growth by maximising every customer interaction.
What We're Looking For
- Experience in customer service, internal sales, sales administration, telesales, account management or service coordination
- A confident communicator with strong telephone and relationship-building skills.
- Commercially minded with the ability to identify sales opportunities.
- Experience producing quotations, estimates or sales proposals would be advantageous.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Comfortable using CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.
