Operating across multiple brands and locations nationwide, we are looking for a proactive
Recruitment Resourcer to help us attract, engage and hire exceptional talent across a wide range of vacancies.
Whether you're currently working in recruitment, HR, administration, or talent sourcing, this role offers the chance to develop your career within a busy, supportive and professional in-house recruitment team.
Working closely with our Senior Recruitment Partner and wider HR function, you will play a vital role in delivering an outstanding recruitment experience for candidates and hiring managers alike.
- What You'll Be Doing
- Proactively sourcing and identifying candidates through job boards, Linked In, databases and social media platforms.
- Supporting recruitment campaigns across a variety of business functions and locations.
- Conducting initial candidate searches and screening activities.
- Building and maintaining talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Creating and managing engaging job adverts across multiple advertising channels.
- Coordinating interviews, candidate communications and diary management.
- Maintaining recruitment systems, candidate records and vacancy information accurately and compliantly.
- Producing shortlists, reports, recruitment trackers and interview documentation.
- Supporting onboarding and pre-employment administration activities.
What We're Looking For
