We're looking for a Recruitment Partner to join our growing Talent team, playing a pivotal role in attracting and securing top talent across a diverse, multi-brand national business. This is an opportunity to partner with leaders across multiple functions, helping shape recruitment strategies that support continued growth and business success.
What You'll Be Doing
- Managing end-to-end recruitment across a broad range of vacancies
- Partnering with hiring managers to understand workforce plans and recruitment needs
- Delivering proactive sourcing strategies through job boards, LinkedIn, social media and talent mapping
- Providing expert advice on attraction, selection and recruitment best practice
- Building and maintaining talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
- Driving an outstanding candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey
- Monitoring recruitment performance and analysing hiring data to identify trends and opportunities
- Supporting employer branding initiatives and recruitment campaigns across multiple brands
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in an in-house or agency recruitment environment
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
- Experience managing multiple vacancies simultaneously
- Confidence using sourcing tools, databases and social media platforms
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- A proactive, commercially focused approach with a passion for finding great talent
