Paid Meta Manager

We're looking for a talented PaidMeta Manager to take ownership of our Facebook, Instagram and wider Meta advertising strategy, delivering high-performing campaigns that generate leads, maximise ROI and support ambitious growth plans across multiple brands.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a data-driven marketer who thrives on combining creativity with commercial performance.
What You'll Be Doing
- Planning, launching and optimising Meta advertising campaigns across multiple brands and business units
- Managing significant advertising budgets to achieve lead generation and revenue targets
- Developing audience targeting, retargeting and lookalike audience strategies
- Analysing campaign performance and producing actionable insights
- Running A/B tests and continuously improving creative performance
- Working closely with our in-house Creative, Marketing and Analytics teams
- Identifying emerging trends, opportunities and platform developments within Meta
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience managing Meta Ads campaigns with demonstrable results
- Strong understanding of Facebook Ads Manager, audience segmentation and conversion tracking
- Experience with lead generation, ecommerce or performance marketing campaigns
- Excellent analytical skills and confidence working with campaign data
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneously
- Commercial mindset with a passion for delivering measurable outcomes
- Hands on paid social experience across TikTok Ads and Pinterest Ads would be an advantage.
