We're seeking a Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team on a permanent night shift pattern working three 12-hour shifts (Thursday, Friday and Saturday). The Role
As an Extrusion Operative, you will be responsible for operating and monitoring extrusion machinery used in the production of high‑quality window profiles. You'll play a vital role in ensuring production runs efficiently, safely, and to the highest quality standards.
Shift Pattern
Days - Thursday to Saturday: 7:00pm - 7:00am
Key Responsibilities
- Set up, operate, and monitor extrusion production lines
- Carry out machine setting and machine minding duties
- Perform regular quality inspections to ensure products meet specifications
- Complete production records and paperwork accurately
- Pack finished products in line with company standards
- Follow production schedules and achieve output targets
- Adhere to all Health & Safety procedures and company policies
- Report any machine faults or production issues promptly
