We're looking for an experienced

Legal Counsel to join our growing Group and provide commercially focused legal advice across a diverse, fast-paced organisation.

This is an exciting opportunity to influence key business decisions, support strategic initiatives, and become a trusted adviser to senior leaders.

PROTECT

Help safeguard the business by providing practical legal guidance across a broad range of commercial and operational matters.

You'll identify and manage legal risk while enabling the organisation to achieve its commercial objectives.

ADVISE

Working closely with stakeholders across the Group, you will

  • Draft, review and negotiate commercial contracts.
  • Provide pragmatic legal advice to support business decisions.
  • Advise on corporate governance, compliance and regulatory matters.
  • Support strategic projects, acquisitions and business initiatives.
  • Manage external legal partners and ensure effective use of legal services.
  • Monitor legal developments and assess business impact.
  • INFLUENCE

As a key member of the wider leadership team, you'll build strong relationships across the business, translating complex legal issues into practical solutions that support growth and long-term success.

About You

You'll be a qualified Solicitor in England & Wales with

  • Strong commercial and corporate legal experience.
  • Excellent contract negotiation and drafting skills.
  • A pragmatic, solutions-focused approach.
  • Outstanding stakeholder management and influencing abilities.
  • The confidence to partner with senior leaders across a complex organisation.

Experience within manufacturing, retail, construction, consumer services or multi-site organisations would be advantageous but is not essential.
