We're looking for a highly organised
Campaign Dialler Administrator to join our Marketing team and play a key role in ensuring our outbound campaigns run smoothly, efficiently, and effectively.
Working within our data and marketing function, you'll be responsible for managing campaign data, configuring dialler activity, monitoring performance, and supporting the delivery of high-quality customer engagement campaigns.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with data and has a strong attention to detail.
What you'll be doing
- Creating, loading and managing campaign data within our dialler systems
- Ensuring customer records are accurate, compliant and up to date
- Scheduling and monitoring outbound marketing campaigns
- Producing reports and analysing campaign performance metrics
- Identifying data issues and implementing solutions to improve accuracy
- Supporting the Marketing team with customer targeting and segmentation
- Working closely with stakeholders to ensure campaigns are delivered on time
What we're looking for
- Previous administration, data or campaign support experience
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
- Confidence working with large volumes of data
- Excellent Excel and reporting skills
- Analytical mindset with the ability to identify trends and issues
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively
- Experience with dialler systems or CRM platforms would be advantageous
