About the Role:
As our Insurance Manager, you\βll be the go-to expert for all things insurance-related across the business. You\βll work closely with our Internal Legal Counsel to manage risk, ensure compliance, and optimise our insurance portfolio. This is a high-impact role with visibility across senior leadership and operational teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the management of all corporate insurance policies, renewals, and claims.
- Liaise with brokers, insurers, and internal stakeholders to ensure optimal coverage and cost-efficiency.
- Provide strategic advice on risk mitigation and insurance implications of business decisions.
- Support contract reviews and negotiations from an insurance perspective.
- Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and internal governance standards.
- Prepare reports and insights for senior leadership and legal teams.
What We\βre Looking For:
- Proven experience in insurance management, ideally within a large corporate or in-house setting.
- Strong understanding of commercial insurance products and claims handling.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to interpret legal documents and collaborate with legal professionals.
- Relevant qualifications (e.g., ACII, law degree, or equivalent) are highly desirable.
