The Role
As a Field Manager, you'll lead, support and organise our self-employed installation teams in the field. You'll inspect completed work, keep projects on track, and ensure every installation meetsSafestyle'squality standards while delivering a first-class customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver a great customer experience in line withSafestyle'shigh standards.
- Oversee 6-7 installation teams, keeping work on schedule and to the right quality.
- Coach, guide and support installation teams to perform at their best.
- Resolve customer installation queries or issues promptly and professionally.
- Ensure installations meet health and safety standards.
What We're Looking For
- Strong understanding of installation processes, best practice and quality workmanship.
- Confident on-site presence with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Experience in a similar home improvement or construction role.
- Excellent organisation, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Valid driver's licence and flexibility to travel within the region.
