The Opportunity We’re looking for a proactive and analytical Commercial Analyst to join our @one Alliance Central Commercial team. In this role, you’ll support the development and optimisation of commercial processes, systems, and reporting, ensuring robust governance and driving improved commercial performance across the business. You’ll play a key role in commercial assurance, systems administration, and providing insight that helps shape decision‑making.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Commercial Delivery & Systems
- Support the implementation of new commercial processes and systems
- Deliver training and ongoing support to ensure successful adoption
- Monitor system and process performance, gathering feedback for improvement
- Act as administrator for key commercial systems (e.g. FastDraft, DocuSign, Payment App)
- Produce regular commercial reports, turning data into actionable insights
- Commercial Assurance & Analysis
- Identify and manage risks within commercial processes
- Maintain and update commercial templates and reporting tools
- Support contract management and tracking activities
- Ensure adherence to commercial frameworks and best practice
- Stakeholder Engagement
- Build strong relationships with internal teams across the Alliance
- Communicate clearly and effectively with stakeholders at all levels
- Translate complex commercial data into clear, concise insights
- Continuous Improvement & Innovation
- Drive efficiencies in commercial processes and systems
- Challenge existing ways of working and recommend improvements
- Support the adoption of innovative approaches to enhance performance

About You
- Qualifications & Experience
- Educated to higher education level in a relevant discipline
- Experience in an analytical or commercial role
- Knowledge of NEC contracts
- Experience working within a commercial framework
- Confident in challenging constructively and influencing decisions
