Key responsibilities:
- You’ll be responsible for wiring, installing, maintaining and controlling the high diversity of electrical equipment necessary to treat and distribute water.
- Calibrating and maintaining technical analytical equipment.
- Investigate asset trends and carry out electrical interventions.
- Assist electrical framework contractors and internal high voltage, optimisation and automation teams.
- Utilise electrical drawings to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
- React to technical issues to maintain water supply.
What does it take to be an Electrical Asset Technician?
- Level 3 electrical qualification AND completed an electrical apprenticeship.
- Strong health & safety focus.
- Industrial electrical experience.
- Ability to work standby and overtime as necessary.
As well as carrying out planned & reactive maintenance on our electrical assets, you will work towards a Licence to Operate Qualification to enable you to operate and maintain water treatment assets and processes.
