This opportunity is a busy and varied role that will see you interacting with customers face to face, overseeing the daily running of our Aquapark. Excellent interpersonal skills are essential in this customer facing role in order to deliver superb customer service in and around the site and to help promote the wider reputation of our Water Parks.
What does it take to be a Senior Lifeguard?
- At least 2 years previous Lifeguard experience
- National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ) and/or Open Water (OWL) Qualification
- Customer Service Experience
- Knowledge and experience of working in outdoor activity setting
- Line Management Experience
