b Overview /b p In this role you drive the reliability-centred maintenance (RCM) programme across AMP8 and beyond, acting as the central enablement lead for maintenance strategy in Water Supply. You will lead a specialist team to embed RCM, shifting from reactive to proactive, data-led maintenance. You’ll work with operations, planning and asset teams to align strategy with production and investments, and foster a culture of continuous improvement. This is a high-impact leadership role in a large-scale asset base focused on reliability, efficiency and long-term asset health. /p b Pay / Benefits /b ul li Personal private health care /li li Generous pension /li li Virtual GP service /li li 26 days annual leave /li li Life assurance /li li Personal accident cover /li /ul b Responsibilities /b ul li Lead development and delivery of the RCM strategy and roadmap across Water Supply /li li Define structured maintenance methodologies (failure mode analysis, criticality, risk-based planning) /li li Drive transition from reactive to proactive and condition-based maintenance /li li Ensure maintenance strategies are supported by asset data and digital tools (e.g. SAP S/4HANA, Digital Twin) /li li Collaborate with operational, planning and asset teams to align maintenance with production and capital plans /li li Use performance data to identify trends, improve reliability and reduce repeat failures /li li Lead and develop the team, promoting continuous improvement /li li Ensure regulatory compliance and support delivery of KPIs (CRI, EPA, UPO) /li li Champion innovation and emerging technologies in asset management /li /ul b Key requirements /b ul li Degree-level qualification or equivalent in engineering or related discipline (desirable) /li li Strong leadership experience with the ability to influence at all levels /li li Proven experience in maintenance strategy, asset health or reliability engineering /li li In-depth knowledge of RCM, FMECA, RCA and reliability analysis /li li Understanding of water treatment, MEICA systems, and asset operations (or similar industrial environments) /li li Experience with data-driven decision making and digital systems /li li Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills /li li Proactive, analytical and continuous improvement mindset /li /ul ul li leadership /li li stakeholder management /li li communication /li li RCM /li li FMECA /li li RCA /li /ul
