Anglian Water is seeking an RCM Enablement Manager to define and deliver a strategic RCM programme across Water Supply, embedding proactive maintenance and data-led decision-making. You’ll lead a team, drive standard methodologies, and ensure asset reliability aligns with production and capital plans through digital tools and analytics.
The role requires engineering discipline, strong leadership, and hands-on experience with RCM, FMECA, RCA, and reliability engineering in a water/utilities.
