- Defining and implementing automation, infrastructure-as-code and container-based solutions within approved standards to enable repeatable, rapid and compliant platform delivery.
- Translating business and product team requirements into platform solutions that accelerate delivery while reducing operational risk.
- Driving the adoption of self-service infrastructure, reusable components and platform guardrails to improve efficiency, security and operability.
- Ensuring platform services meet defined service levels, with strong performance, availability, security and observability.
- Leading, coaching and inspiring your team, fostering a culture of innovation, wellbeing, inclusion and high performance.
- Managing outsourced platform services and partner relationships to ensure consistent quality, adherence to standards and delivery of agreed platform outcomes.
As a valued employee, you'll be entitled to:
- Full private healthcare with no excess.
- 26 days leave, rising with service + Bank Holidays, with the option to swap Christmas and Easter holidays for those celebrated by your religion.
- A flexible working culture.
- Competitive pension scheme - we double-match your contributions up to 7%.
- Life Assurance at eight times your salary.
- Personal Accident cover - up to 5x your salary.
- Bonus Scheme.
