Anglian Water offers a flexible approach, this role offers you the flexibility to work from home and from an Anglian Water office. Your based location would either be in Peterborough or Lincoln with travel throughout the Anglian Water Region.
Work with partners and stakeholders to deliver facilities services that make a real difference. In this role, you'll ensure services are delivered in line with agreed key performance indicators, while continuously driving improvements in both service quality and commercial outcomes. You'll work closely with internal stakeholders and external FM providers, acting as a key link to ensure effective communication, alignment, and high standards of delivery. A critical part of the role will be maintaining robust health and safety practices, ensuring all FM activities meet Anglian Water's standards and compliance requirements.

What you'll be doing
- Lead on ensuring high standards of health, safety, and environmental compliance across all facilities management activities, promoting a strong safety culture and working towards a zero-accident environment.
- Oversee the performance of Facilities Management contracts across operational sites, monitoring service delivery against KPIs, managing supplier performance, and ensuring legal and regulatory compliance.
- Act as a key link between contractors and stakeholders, resolving service issues, carrying out audits, and ensuring consistent delivery of high-quality services.
- Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance service delivery, develop more efficient ways of working, and deliver greater value for money.
- Work collaboratively with partners to help shape and implement improvements across the operational estate.

What does it take to be a Regional Facilities Manager?
We're seeking an experienced Facilities Management professional with a strong understanding of FM service delivery, ideally within a partnering model. You'll bring solid health and safety knowledge (with a relevant qualification preferred) and a good understanding of managing soft services. You'll be a confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills, able to build effective relationships with both internal stakeholders and external partners. Comfortable working both independently and as part of a wider team, you'll be well organised, able to prioritise competing demands, and remain effective under pressure. You'll also be a proactive problem-solver, taking ownership of issues and developing practical solutions as challenges arise. Strong IT skills, particularly across Microsoft Office, are important, along with the ability to produce clear and concise written communication. Above all, you'll be customer-focused, self-motivated, and flexible in your approach, with a collaborative mindset and a drive to continuously improve service delivery.
