As our Lead SAP Engineer, you'll take ownership of developing and supporting our SAP platform that underpins our business functions. You'll lead a team of SAP specialists, manage technical delivery, and ensure our SAP landscape remains resilient, secure, correctly integrated, and aligned to architectural roadmaps. This role is key to maintaining the reliability and performance of SAP applications across finance, HR, and operations.
What you will be doing:
- Design, deliver and support SAP solutions aligned to standards.
- Lead SAP upgrades, patching, and performance tuning activities.
- Ensure integration between SAP and other enterprise systems.
- Manage SAP change requests and maintain technical documentation.
- Provide technical leadership and mentoring to SAP engineers.
What does it take to be a Lead SAP Engineer?
- Strong experience in SAP development and system administration.
- Knowledge of SAP modules, including FI, HR, and PM.
