About the Role
We are looking for an experienced OT Configuration Manager to lead our Configuration Team and the development and maintenance of configuration standards for our Enterprise SCADA and Enterprise Control systems. This is a pivotal role in shaping the future of OT within Anglian Water, ensuring our systems deliver exceptional performance and support our commitment to reducing leakage, preventing pollution, and providing outstanding service to customers.
Operational Technology (OT) refers to the set of digital assets which are at the very heart of Anglian Water's industrial operations. Operational technology systems are deployed throughout our geographical region to enable remote monitoring and control of water collection, treatment and distribution processes.
What You’ll Do
- Lead a team of Configuration Engineers who deliver and maintain configuration across our Enterprise SCADA solutions.
- Own and deliver the strategy for OT configuration standards and maintenance.
- Play a key role in the Alarm Management Strategy and present new standards for approval.
- Assure quality configuration delivery for capital projects and manage stakeholder relationships.
- Provide technical and strategic leadership, building a high-performing team and ensuring continuous improvement.
- Drive health, safety, and wellbeing culture, embedding our 'Safer Every Day' principles.

What does it take to be the next OT Configuration Manager?
- Degree-level qualification or equivalent experience.
- In-depth knowledge of enterprise SCADA configuration.
- Proven experience in developing standards and leading teams.
- Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to influence at all levels and manage SLAs and KPIs effectively.
- Knowledge of OT processes and principles.
- Experience delivering capital projects and managing commercial contracts.
