The In Day Performance Lead is responsible for managing in-day and 48-hour performance of water and water recycling operations. You will monitor, assess, and escalate operational performance, ensuring risk- and performance-led decisions are made in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. You'll oversee workflow management, support and develop despatchers through coaching and mentoring, and help drive improvements to service delivery. Working closely with internal teams, field managers, and tactical operations, you'll ensure effective communication and a strong focus on health, safety and continuous improvement.
What you'll be doing
Manage workflow and daily handovers to maintain control of operational performance.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), assess impact, and escalate risks to ensure compliance with Levels of Service (LOS).
Provide training, coaching and mentoring to despatchers to build capability and confidence.
Develop and implement service delivery improvements, using insight to inform decisions.
Drive continuous improvement in Health Safety, ensuring standards are upheld at all times.
