We're looking for people who understand how good design decisions prevent problems before they ever reach site. If you've worked in:
- Design Management
- Principal Designer
- Engineering Assurance
- Health & Safety (in design)
- Technical Co-Ordination
- Infrastructure or Construction design risk
This role isn't just about compliance; it's about influencing projects early, challenging risk through design, improving build-ability, and working with delivery teams to make major infrastructure safer and smarter from the outset.

- Major infrastructure projects
NEBOSH and experience working within CDM environments are important, but equally valuable is the ability to work collaboratively with designers, engineers, project teams and contractors to drive better outcomes.
