Salary starting from £61k, depending on skills and experience. Full time, with the flexibility for part-time. Hybrid working: Huntingdon, Peterborough or Lincoln.

Lead the transition and evolution of reporting and analytics capability through major platform change. At Anglian Water, our purpose drives everything we do. You’ll work across business and technology teams to ensure existing reporting and analytics capabilities are understood, transitioned effectively, and enhanced where there is an opportunity to deliver better, more scalable, and more sustainable solutions.

What you’ll do:

  • Lead the transition of reporting and analytics capabilities through major platform change, ensuring existing services remain trusted and effective.
  • Identify opportunities to improve, rationalise, and modernise reporting and analytics capability as part of the migration.
  • Shape solution design so reporting and analytics requirements are built into the future state from the outset.
  • Work across business and technology teams to ensure reporting and analytics capabilities are understood, transitioned effectively, and aligned to future business needs.

What we’re looking for:

  • Significant experience leading enterprise reporting and analytics in a complex organisation.
  • Experience supporting major business or technology transformation programmes.
  • Ability to shape analytics strategy, standards, and governance in partnership with business and technology stakeholders.
  • Strong stakeholder leadership skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders and delivery teams in a matrix environment.
  • Good understanding of modern analytics platforms and data ecosystems, including technologies such as SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP Datasphere, Databricks, and Power BI.
  • Knowledge of data quality, reporting governance, and best practice in delivering trusted insight.
