We are searching for a passionate Senior Watersports Instructor to join our watersports team and help create unforgettable moments for visitors of all ages. If you love the outdoors and want to make a real impact, this could be your perfect next step.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Coordinate daily watersports sessions including sailing, kayaking, paddleboarding and more
- Support the team of instructors and activity leaders
- Oversee safety practices and ensure compliance with NGB guidelines and center policies
- Plan and deliver high-quality sessions for groups, schools, and the general public
- Carry out regular equipment checks and help maintain kit and activity areas
- Create a fun, engaging, and inclusive environment for all visitors
About you:
- RYA Dinghy Instructor or Paddlesports Instructor (or similar qualifications) is required
- Experience in a senior/lead instructor role or ready to take the next step
- Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
- A passion for outdoor education and inspiring people through watersports
- Safety-conscious, with a proactive and professional attitude
