- Monitoring progress, highlighting risks and issues early, and supporting effective decision-making
- Providing clear, concise updates and reports to a range of stakeholders
- Supporting scenario planning and re-prioritisation in a dynamic delivery environment
This is very much a hands-on planning role, where priorities can shift and strong organisation and communication skills are essential.

You will interact daily with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders, including:
- Delivery and programme managers

Building strong working relationships and managing expectations will be central to your success.

- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Experience using planning tools and systems (e.g. Microsoft Project or similar)
- The ability to juggle multiple priorities while keeping delivery on track
- Clear, professional communication skills
Just as importantly, you will be proactive, resilient, and comfortable working at pace.
